Fulton Avenue Planning Workshop 1/12/10

The Board of Supervisors created a Special Planning Area (SPA) for Fulton Avenue between Arden Way and Auburn Boulvevard to allow more flexibiility in land uses, especially to allow for commercial and mixed-uses on properties zoned for auto uses only. To accomplish this, a Special Planning Area Ordinance was drafted on November 4, 2009 from input received from area residents, business owners and property owners for this project. A workshop has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, 2010 to hear comments and concerns regarding this draft.
